BRAINTAP Therapy

I was skeptic at first when my Chiropractor suggested Braintap after my numerous attempts to get back to a normal sleeping pattern failed. In fact, my Chiropractor was always in a good mood. Even when he had an office full of patients and it was just the beginning of his work day. Therefore my curiosity was peaked when he suggested that I try a 10 min preview of what the BrainTap headset could do.

I walked into another room where his assistant ask me to sit comfortably on a reclining chair, as she placed the BrainTap led light headset on my ears and asked me to close my eyes as she lowered the led lit visor. After 10 min of the guided meditation I got up, took off the headset and felt optimistic. Knowing something had changed, but I could not pinpoint exactly what. That night I slept so deep and restful, I woke up the next day like a NEW ME!! Positive mind, full of energy and sharp focus. I was hooked!
