The spacious and modern villa is a newly renovated 4BE, 4BA villa with a large patio and private pool.

Located in Noord and only a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, ATM and supermarket! Also a 5 min. drive from the Palm Beach hotel strip, restaurants, and nightlife.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a sofa bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and the bathroom is located right next to the bedroom. Bedroom 3 (king bed) and 4 (queen bed) both have their own bathroom, kitchenette, dining space, and sofa. Bedroom 3 also has an additional sofa bed.

The living area has a comfortable sofa set, flat screen smartTV, dining table with 6 chairs, and a bar with 4 chairs. The beautiful open kitchen has a bar, stove, and oven, fridge, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, pots, and pans, really all you need to comfortably cook any meal at home.

The spacious outdoor space includes two cozy private lounge areas, a large private pool with comfy lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill perfect for a cookout.

With a laundry area with a washer and dryer. This villa is also completely fenced with a remote control gate for your privacy.
